GENERAL QUESTIONS
Essential information about the website, its services and how to find the right information.
What can I do through this website?
This website provides information and access points for Matt Rife-related event information, ticket guidance, Meet & Greet booking requests, VIP experience requests, Fan Membership registration, Foundation information and customer support.
Each service has a dedicated page explaining its purpose and the relevant next steps. Use the main navigation to access the service you need.
Where should I begin if I am interested in attending a show?
Begin with the Tour Dates page. Review the listed event information, venue and available ticket channels. Select the event that best suits your plans and follow the relevant ticket seller or venue instructions.
How do I choose between a ticket, Meet & Greet and VIP experience?
A standard event ticket is for admission to a performance under the ticket seller’s terms. A Meet & Greet booking is a separate experience request. VIP and backstage-related arrangements are handled through a separate enquiry and booking process.
These are distinct services. A standard event ticket does not automatically include a Meet & Greet or backstage access.
Are all services available for every event?
No. Availability can differ by event, venue, date, location, event arrangements and applicable restrictions. A request is assessed against the arrangements available for the specific event. Submission of a request does not by itself establish availability or confirm a booking.
Can international visitors use the website?
Yes. Visitors from different countries can review the information and submit relevant booking or support requests. International ticket sales, payment options, event access rules, delivery arrangements, taxes and travel requirements may differ by country and seller.
How can I make sure I am using the correct booking channel?
Start from the relevant page on this website and follow the booking instructions provided there. For event tickets, check the named seller and venue carefully. For Meet & Greet, VIP and membership services, use the dedicated pages and forms. Keep copies of your submitted information and any written booking confirmation.
Where can I find Matt Rife’s photographs and social updates?
Visit the Photo Gallery for the website’s selected image collection. You can also visit Matt Rife’s Instagram profile for content published there.
TOUR DATES & TICKETS
Ticket channels, event information, international purchases and attendance guidance.
Where can I see upcoming Matt Rife tour dates?
Visit the Tour Dates & Tickets page for the event schedule and ticket information available on the website. Event schedules may change, so check the relevant venue or ticket seller for the latest event-specific details before making travel arrangements.
Where should I purchase event tickets?
Use the primary ticket seller or venue box office identified for the event wherever possible. Depending on the market, primary ticketing may be handled by platforms such as Ticketmaster, AXS or Live Nation, or by the venue’s own ticket office.
Secondary marketplaces such as StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats and viagogo may list resale tickets. These are separate resale channels and are not the same as the event’s primary ticket seller. Always review the marketplace’s terms, ticket delivery method and buyer protections.
Does a ticket purchase include a Meet & Greet?
Not unless the ticket or experience description expressly states that a Meet & Greet is included. General admission, reserved seating and premium seating tickets should not be assumed to include a separate personal encounter or backstage access.
How do I confirm that my ticket purchase was successful?
Check for an order confirmation from the ticket seller or venue. Review your order number, event date, venue, ticket quantity and delivery instructions. If the confirmation is missing, contact the seller directly using the support details on its own website.
What should I do if my tickets have not arrived?
First, check your seller account, email inbox, spam folder and the seller’s delivery schedule. Some ticket providers release mobile tickets closer to the event. If the expected delivery period has passed, contact the seller with your order reference.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
Transfer and resale permissions depend on the ticket seller, event organiser, venue and local rules. Use the seller’s authorised transfer or resale facility where available. Do not assume that a screenshot, forwarded email or informal transfer will be accepted at the venue.
What happens if an event is postponed or rescheduled?
The ticket seller or event organiser will provide the applicable instructions. In many cases, existing tickets remain valid for the revised date. Refund eligibility, deadlines and available options are governed by the seller’s event policy and applicable law. Contact the original seller for your order-specific options.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
For tickets purchased through a primary seller, follow that seller’s cancellation and refund process. The seller will communicate the applicable refund method and timeline. For resale purchases, contact the marketplace through which the transaction was made and review its buyer guarantee and refund terms.
Can I buy tickets from another country?
International ticket purchases may be possible, depending on the seller’s country restrictions, payment acceptance, ticket delivery method and event terms. Before paying, confirm that the seller accepts your billing country and that you can access the ticket at the venue.
Are travel, accommodation and visas included with event tickets?
Unless a specific package expressly states otherwise, event tickets do not include flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, insurance or other travel costs. Travellers are responsible for checking entry requirements and arranging their own travel documents.
Who handles ticket delivery, seat selection and venue entry?
The ticket seller and venue administer ticket delivery, seat allocation, entry procedures, accessibility arrangements and venue policies. Contact the seller or venue directly for order-specific assistance.
MEET & GREET
Information about experience tiers, requests, confirmations and event arrangements.
How do I request a Meet & Greet experience?
Visit the Meet & Greet page, review the available experience tiers and complete the booking form with accurate contact and event details. The information submitted allows the booking request to be reviewed against the arrangements available for the selected event.
What Meet & Greet experience tiers are listed?
The current listed experience tiers are:
- The Laugh Line — $1,250
- The Front Row Moment — $2,500
- The Golden Encounter — $4,500
- The Signature Set — $6,500
- The Headliner Experience — $10,000
- The Rife Reserve — $15,000
Review the Meet & Greet page for the current descriptions and booking information. Specific arrangements and inclusions must be confirmed in writing for the selected booking before payment.
Do the listed prices guarantee a confirmed booking?
No. A listed price identifies the stated price level for an experience; it does not by itself confirm availability, event access or a completed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the relevant arrangements have been reviewed and a written confirmation has been issued.
What information should I provide in the booking form?
Provide your full name, valid email address, contact number, country, preferred experience tier, preferred event or location, preferred date and any relevant requirements. Accurate information helps avoid delays and allows the request to be reviewed properly.
Can I request a Meet & Greet for a specific city or event?
Yes. State your preferred event, city, venue and date in the booking form. Requests are subject to event-specific availability and arrangements. If you are flexible, include an alternative date or location.
Can I book for more than one guest?
Include the number of guests in your request. Guest limits, pricing and eligibility depend on the specific experience and event arrangements. Do not assume that an experience price covers multiple guests unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.
Can I make a booking request as a gift?
You may submit a request on behalf of another person. Clearly identify the intended attendee and provide the contact details required for the booking. Any payment, attendee verification, consent and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
How will I know whether my request has been accepted?
Look for a written response to the email address supplied in your form. A form submission acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it is not the same as a confirmed booking. Your confirmation should identify the experience, event, date, agreed price and relevant arrangements.
When should I make my booking request?
Submit requests as early as possible. Availability can be limited and may depend on event schedules, venue arrangements and operational requirements. An early request provides more time for review and coordination but does not guarantee availability.
Will I receive event instructions before the experience?
Where a booking is confirmed, the relevant instructions should be communicated in writing. These may include the meeting location, arrival time, identification requirements, guest details and any venue-specific rules applicable to the confirmed arrangement.
Can I change the attendee or event date after confirmation?
Submit a written change request as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability, event restrictions and any costs already committed. A change is not effective until it has been accepted and confirmed in writing.
VIP & BACKSTAGE
Premium experience requests and the process for reviewing individual arrangements.
What are VIP and backstage experience requests?
The VIP & Backstage Experiences page provides a dedicated channel for requests involving premium event arrangements and other experience options. The nature and availability of each arrangement depend on the event and the terms confirmed for that request.
How do I submit a VIP request?
Visit the VIP & Backstage Experiences page and complete the dedicated enquiry form. Include your preferred event, location, dates, guest count, budget range and any relevant requirements.
Does submitting a VIP request guarantee backstage access?
No. Backstage access is subject to specific event, venue, security and organiser permissions. It must never be assumed from the submission of a request or from a general VIP enquiry. Any access included in a confirmed arrangement will be expressly stated in writing.
Can VIP arrangements be customised?
You may describe your preferences and requirements in the form. Any custom arrangement is subject to feasibility, availability, applicable permissions and written agreement on the final scope and price.
Can I request a private or group arrangement?
Yes. Include the number of guests and the nature of the arrangement you are seeking. Group size, event suitability, scheduling and pricing must be assessed individually. No group arrangement is confirmed until the details are agreed in writing.
Are VIP experiences available at every tour stop?
No. Availability can vary from one event to another. Submit your preferred event and an alternative where possible. The response to your request will clarify whether a suitable arrangement can be offered.
When is a VIP booking considered confirmed?
A request becomes a confirmed booking only when the relevant details, scope, price, payment arrangements and event-specific conditions have been agreed and confirmation has been issued in writing.
FAN MEMBERSHIP & FAN CARD
Membership registration, the Fan Card, payment and account assistance.
What is the Matt Rife Fan Membership?
The Fan Membership is a paid membership registration offered through the dedicated Fan Membership page. It provides a defined registration process and a Fan Card for members. Review the membership page for the current description and registration details.
How much does the Fan Card cost?
The listed Fan Card membership price is $500 as a one-time payment. Confirm the current payment instructions and any applicable charges before completing payment.
Is the Fan Card a recurring subscription?
The listed $500 Fan Card price is a one-time membership payment, not a monthly subscription. Any future renewal arrangement or additional membership charge must be separately disclosed and accepted before it applies.
What benefits are included with the Fan Card?
The Fan Card confirms the membership registration described on the Fan Membership page. Do not assume it includes event tickets, discounts, priority entry, backstage access, Meet & Greet access or private interactions unless a specific benefit is expressly described in the current membership terms.
How do I register for membership?
Visit the Fan Membership page, review the information and complete the membership registration form. Provide accurate contact details so the registration can be processed and the relevant follow-up information can be sent to you.
Can I register someone else for membership?
You may submit a registration on another person’s behalf where you are authorised to provide their information. Ensure the intended member’s details are accurate and that the person understands the membership terms and payment arrangements.
How do I know my membership registration has been received?
Look for an acknowledgement sent to the email address supplied in the registration form. Keep the acknowledgement for your records. A receipt of the form is not necessarily confirmation that payment has been received or that the membership has been fully activated.
How will I receive my Fan Card?
Follow the delivery or issuance instructions provided during the registration process. If a physical card or digital card is part of your selected arrangement, the applicable format, delivery method and expected processing time should be confirmed with your membership correspondence.
What if I entered incorrect information?
Contact support as soon as possible and identify the information that needs correction. Include the email address used during registration and any available registration reference. For security, additional verification may be required before account details are amended.
Can I cancel my membership?
Submit a written cancellation request through the contact page. Any refund will be assessed under the applicable membership terms, the timing of the request, whether the membership has been issued or activated, and applicable consumer-protection law. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
PAYMENTS & TRANSACTIONS
Payment instructions, transaction records, verification and payment security.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods depend on the service and the payment instructions issued for the particular transaction. The relevant options should be communicated before payment. Do not assume that every payment method is available for every booking, membership or donation.
Will I receive payment instructions before paying?
Yes. The amount, payment method, payment reference and relevant instructions should be provided before you make a payment. Review the recipient details carefully and contact support if anything is unclear or inconsistent.
Should I pay before my booking is confirmed?
Follow the written payment instructions for your particular request. Before sending funds, make sure you have received the applicable service description, price, event or membership details, cancellation terms and payment recipient information. Do not make a payment based solely on an unverified message or an incomplete form submission.
What information should I keep after making a payment?
Keep the transaction receipt, payment reference, date, amount, currency, recipient details and related booking or membership correspondence. These records help with payment verification, reconciliation and any subsequent support request.
How long does payment verification take?
Verification times vary by payment provider, banking network, currency, transaction type and business processing hours. A transfer appearing as completed in your banking application does not necessarily mean that it has been received and reconciled by the recipient.
What if I paid but have not received confirmation?
Contact support with your payment reference, amount, date, payment method and booking or registration details. Do not send your full card number, banking password, PIN, one-time passcode or private wallet recovery phrase.
What if I accidentally pay the wrong amount?
Contact support promptly with the transaction record and the correct amount expected. Any excess or shortfall will be reviewed against the payment record and the terms of the relevant service. Do not make a second payment until the discrepancy has been reviewed.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Currency acceptance depends on the payment method and the instructions issued for the transaction. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees or international transaction charges. Confirm the currency and final amount before proceeding.
Are payment processing fees refundable?
Refund treatment for processing fees depends on whether the fee was retained by a third-party payment provider, the terms disclosed before payment and applicable law. Any non-refundable charge must be clearly disclosed before payment; mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded.
How can I protect myself from payment fraud?
Use the payment instructions supplied through the relevant booking or registration process. Independently verify recipient details before transferring funds, keep transaction records and be cautious of unexpected changes to payment instructions. Never share passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes or private wallet recovery phrases.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Understand the proposed booking refund framework, event changes and how to submit a request.
Proposed booking refund framework
Implementation note: The following is a recommended policy for Meet & Greet, VIP and other directly arranged experiences. It is a proposed commercial schedule, not a statement that the business has already adopted it. Confirm that the business can honour these terms, insert them into the booking confirmation and have them reviewed for applicable consumer law before publication.
- Cancellation 14 or more calendar days before the confirmed experience: full refund of the amount paid, less only any third-party processing charge that was disclosed before payment, is genuinely non-recoverable and may lawfully be retained.
- Cancellation 7–13 calendar days before the confirmed experience: 50% of the amount paid is refundable. Any deduction must be consistent with the disclosed cancellation terms and applicable law.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 calendar days before the confirmed experience: payments may be non-refundable where reasonable, disclosed costs or commitments have already been incurred, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below.
- Cancellation by the service provider: a full refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled experience, including disclosed booking charges, unless the customer freely chooses an alternative arrangement.
- Rescheduling: the customer may accept the revised date or request a refund if unable to attend. The request should be made within 7 calendar days after the rescheduling notice.
This schedule should be applied consistently and must not override any stronger statutory cancellation or refund rights. If a particular experience has different terms, those terms must be clearly presented and accepted before payment.
Can I request a refund after paying for a Meet & Greet or VIP experience?
Yes. Submit a written refund request through the Contact page, identifying the booking, payment and reason for the request. The applicable refund terms depend on the service, the confirmed date, the time of cancellation and any specific conditions disclosed and accepted before payment.
What if I cancel more than 14 days before my confirmed experience?
Under the proposed booking refund framework above, cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the experience qualifies for a full refund, less only qualifying non-recoverable third-party processing charges that were disclosed before payment and may lawfully be retained. This provision must be adopted before it is represented as the business’s actual policy.
What if I cancel between 7 and 13 days before the experience?
Under the proposed framework, 50% of the amount paid is refundable for a cancellation made 7–13 calendar days before the confirmed experience. Applicable consumer law and the specific terms accepted at checkout or booking confirmation take precedence.
What if I cancel fewer than 7 days before the experience?
Under the proposed framework, a late cancellation may be non-refundable where reasonable costs or commitments have already been incurred and the relevant terms were disclosed before payment. This does not remove any statutory rights or remedies that apply to the customer’s circumstances.
What happens if the service provider cancels my confirmed experience?
Under the proposed framework, if the service provider cancels a confirmed experience and cannot provide the agreed service, the customer receives a full refund of the amounts paid for that experience. The customer may instead choose an alternative arrangement if one is offered and accepted voluntarily.
What if the event or experience is rescheduled?
If a confirmed experience is moved to another date, the revised date and any changes should be communicated in writing. Under the proposed framework, the customer may accept the new date or request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the rescheduling notice if they cannot attend.
What if I cannot attend because of illness, travel disruption or an emergency?
Contact support as soon as possible and provide the booking reference and relevant circumstances. Requests involving serious illness, travel disruption, bereavement or other exceptional events should be reviewed individually. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate. Any adjustment remains subject to the booking terms and applicable law.
What if I miss the event or arrive late?
Customers are responsible for reviewing the arrival time and event instructions in their confirmation. A missed event or late arrival may be treated as a customer cancellation where the agreed experience can no longer be delivered. Contact support immediately if an unexpected delay occurs; any alternative arrangement depends on feasibility and availability.
Can I change my booking instead of cancelling?
Submit a written request as soon as possible. Changes to the date, location, guest count, attendee or experience tier are subject to availability and any additional costs. A revised arrangement is valid only when confirmed in writing.
Are standard event ticket refunds handled here?
Generally, no. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, AXS, Live Nation, a venue box office or a resale marketplace are subject to the terms of the seller or marketplace through which the order was placed. Contact that seller directly for cancellation, postponement, refund or ticket-delivery matters.
How do I request a refund?
Use the Contact page and select the relevant booking or payment category. Include your full name, booking reference, registered email, payment date, amount, transaction reference and a clear explanation of your request. Never include passwords, PINs or complete payment-card details.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds should be initiated within 10 business days where operationally possible. The time for funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the bank, card issuer or payment provider. International transfers and cross-border payment methods may take longer.
Will my refund be sent to a different account?
Refunds should normally be returned through the original payment method and to the original payer. Requests to redirect a refund to another person or account may require additional verification and may not be possible under payment-provider rules.
What if I disagree with a refund decision?
Reply in writing with your booking reference and explain which part of the decision you would like reviewed. Include any relevant confirmation, payment receipt or correspondence. Your statutory consumer rights and access to any applicable payment-provider dispute process remain unaffected.
Can I dispute a transaction with my bank or payment provider?
You may contact your bank or payment provider if you believe a transaction was unauthorised or incorrectly processed. Where possible, contact customer support first so the matter can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from exercising applicable legal or payment-provider rights.
FOUNDATION & DONATIONS
Donation registration, payment instructions, donor records and contribution support.
Where can I find information about the Foundation?
Visit the Foundation page for the available information about its stated mission, fundraising priorities, donation process and support channels.
What is the current fundraising goal?
The fundraising goal displayed on the Foundation page is $250,000. This figure represents a target, not a statement of funds already raised or distributed.
How do I register a donation?
Use the donation form on the Foundation page and provide the requested donor information. Review the instructions and payment details supplied for the donation before sending funds.
Does submitting the donation form automatically transfer money?
No. Submitting a form records the information provided; it does not, by itself, execute a bank transfer or cryptocurrency transaction. Follow the payment instructions provided for the selected method and retain your transaction record.
Will I receive confirmation of my donation?
Donation acknowledgement and payment confirmation depend on successful receipt and reconciliation of the contribution. Retain your payment reference and contact the Foundation support channel if you need assistance locating a contribution.
Can I make a donation on behalf of someone else?
Yes, where you are authorised to provide the relevant information. Identify the donor accurately and state whether the contribution is being made in honour of or on behalf of another person, if applicable.
Can a donation be refunded?
Donation refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact the Foundation support channel promptly if a contribution was made in error, duplicated or sent in the wrong amount. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the payment method, applicable law and any relevant charitable-giving rules.
Are donations tax deductible?
Tax treatment depends on the legal status of the receiving organisation and the donor’s jurisdiction. Do not assume a contribution is tax deductible unless the receiving organisation’s status and the applicable tax rules support that treatment. Consult a qualified tax adviser if you require advice.
Can I request a donation receipt?
Contact the Foundation support channel with your name, contribution date, amount, payment method and transaction reference. A receipt or acknowledgement can be issued only to the extent supported by the receiving organisation’s records and applicable requirements.
CONTACT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
How to reach the appropriate team and receive assistance with a request.
How do I contact the team?
Visit the Contact page and submit the relevant form. Select the category that best describes your request so it can be directed to the appropriate support function.
What is the fastest way to get assistance?
The website’s live chat, when available, is the recommended first point of contact for general assistance. For matters requiring documents, transaction references or a detailed record, use the contact form or the relevant support email address.
Which email address should I use?
Use the contact details published on the Contact page. Select the relevant channel for support or Foundation matters. For booking requests, use the dedicated Meet & Greet, VIP or Fan Membership forms wherever applicable.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your full name, the email address associated with your booking or registration, the relevant service, a concise explanation and any available reference number. For payment-related enquiries, include the transaction date, amount and payment reference, but never disclose confidential banking credentials.
How long does it take to receive a response?
Response times depend on the nature of the request, the information required and current support volume. Providing complete and accurate information helps reduce unnecessary follow-up. If your matter is time-sensitive, state the relevant event date or deadline clearly.
Can I update a request after submitting it?
Yes. Reply to the existing correspondence where possible or submit a follow-up through the Contact page. Include your original reference number and clearly identify the information that needs to be updated.
How is my personal information handled?
Personal information submitted through the website should be handled in accordance with the published Privacy Policy. Review that policy for information about data collection, use, retention, sharing and your privacy rights.
Where can I read the website’s terms?
Review the Terms & Conditions for the general conditions governing website use and relevant services. Service-specific booking, ticketing, payment and cancellation conditions may also apply.
