Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a booking form or inquiry does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after we have reviewed the request, confirmed availability, and provided written confirmation in accordance with the applicable booking instructions.

After submitting a booking request, you may receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request. This acknowledgment confirms that your request has been received; it does not necessarily mean that the requested date, location, package, or experience has been finally confirmed.

Meet & Greet Scheduling

Changes, Rescheduling & Relocation

We reserve the right to modify the date, time, venue, meeting location, or logistical arrangements of an event or Meet & Greet when reasonably necessary.

Changes may be required because of venue availability, production requirements, travel schedules, security considerations, weather, transportation disruptions, government requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a material change affects a confirmed booking, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where appropriate, offer an alternative date, location, or comparable arrangement.

If you cannot attend a rescheduled experience, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and available options in accordance with the applicable event and refund policy.

Meet & Greet Experience Limitations

Meet & Greet experiences are intended to provide guests with a memorable and professionally managed interaction. However, the precise format, duration, location, number of guests, photography arrangements, and other elements may vary depending on venue and production requirements.

A Meet & Greet package does not guarantee unlimited interaction, private access, personal transportation, accommodation, meals, autographs, photographs, or any other benefit unless that benefit is expressly included in the applicable package description or written confirmation.

Guests should not make non-refundable travel, accommodation, transportation, or other arrangements based solely on an unconfirmed booking request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to balance reasonable guest protections with the significant costs associated with planning, staffing, venue reservations, event production, security, transportation, and other services that may be committed in advance.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or package, cancellation and refund requests will be considered according to the applicable event-specific policy and the circumstances surrounding the request.

Where an event or Meet & Greet is cancelled by us or the applicable event organizer and no suitable replacement or rescheduled experience is offered, eligible guests may receive a refund in accordance with the applicable event policy.

Where an event is rescheduled and the guest is unable to attend the replacement date, refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable event terms.

Once third-party services or non-refundable arrangements have been committed on behalf of a guest, certain costs may not be recoverable. Any applicable deductions or restrictions will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible before or at the time of booking.
